APPLE OLIVES MANCHURIAN




Want to try something variety?? follow me..trust me you will like it..


INGREDIENTS:

APPLES - 2

OLIVES - ½ CUP CHOPPED

GARLIC - 3 BIG  PODS

TOMATO SAUCE - ¼ TSP

CHILLI SAUCE - ¼ TSP

SOYA SAUCE - ¼ TSP

AJINAMOTO – 1 TSP

CURRY LEAVES - FEW

GREEN CHILLIES - 4

RED CHILLI FLAKES -1 TSP

CABBAGE - ½ CUP CHOPPED

CHEESE - GARNISHING
 

CORIANDER LEAVES - CHOPPED

HONEY - TO TASTE




Take the apples, peel and cut into cube size. Chop the olives, cabbage and coriander put them a side.






Take a pan, add some oil and let it heat. Then add some soya sauce, chilli sauce, then add some chopped garlic, chillies, and curry leaves. Let them fry little then add cabbage and chopped olives. Add some ½ tsp ajinamoto and mix it well. Let it fry and remove a side.






Add some more oil to the pan and after heating add apple pieces, some tomato sauce, salt, red chilli flakes and ½ tsp ajinamoto. Mix it well and steam cook for some time. Later remove the lid and fry until they are cooked.






Now add the fried olives, and cabbage into fried apple pieces. Add the chopped coriander and fry for little more time. Now it is ready to serve with Roti / Tortillas





















Tip: According to your taste sprinkle some cheese and spread honey to taste more good.
