FISH FRY
INGREDIENTS :
FISH - 1 LB
OIL - FOR FRYING FISH
GINGER - 1 TSP(PASTE)
GARLIC - 1 TSP(PASTE)
CHILLIES - 2 BIG
SALT - TO TASTE
CHILLI POWDER - 2TBLSP
TURMERIC POWDER - ¼ TSP
FISH MASALA POWDER - 1TBLSP
LEMON JUICE\VINEGAR - 2 TSP
CORN FLOUR - 2 TBLSP
FOOD COLOR - 2 PINCHES
CORIANDER LEVES - ¼ CUP CHOPPED
First cut the fish pieces and wash them properly and take them into a bowel
Marinate fish by adding ginger, garlic paste, add some salt, chilli powder, vinegar or lemon juice and add some coriander powder fish masala powder, coriander leaves and mix it well and leave for nearly 1 hour.
Take a cup and add corn flour and little food color mix it along with water to make batter
Take a pan and keep the oil for frying the fish. Once the oil is heated, take the fish pieces, dip them in the corn flour and slowly leave it into the oil.
Remove them on to a tissue paper so that oil will get dried.
Garnish with onions tomato and fresh lime. Its ready to serve.
TIP: If salt is more, then add few drops of lemon juice. It reduces the saltiness and adds taste.
