Home made Yummy Pizza

Makes 2 Large pizzas (16 slices)
Ingredients:

Sugar -1/4
Warm water - 1 cup
Dry Yeast -2 tsp
Flour - 4 cups
Oil - 2 table spoons
Salt - As per taste
Pizza Sauce - As per pizza base
Mozzarella cheese - as per pizza base
Any toppings as per your taste - veggies or cheese or meat.


How to make it:  Take one cup warm water and add ¼ tsp sugar



Add 2 teaspoons of active dry yeast, mix and leave for 15 minutes.


                           


Meanwhile take one cup of flour, salt as per the taste and 2 teaspoon oil.




  Make sure the frothy yeast mixture has risen.




 Add the flour mixture we made before to the frothy yeast and mix.




 Once mixed add 2 more cups of flour to the yeast.




Mix using hands and form soft dough



 Cover the dough with damp cloth for two hours



  After 2 hrs it might raised a lot




 Sprinkle some flour on the Pizza tray and place the risen dough and pat it flat 



                                       
  Next add the sauce all over the Pizza base




  Next add toppings as per your taste 




 Next add the cheese all over

                              

                             
Start baking in oven for 20 mins at 200 degrees Fahrenheit




 Yummy pizza is ready to serve now.

FISH BIRIYANI



INGREDIENTS  :

FISH - 1 LB

RICE - 1 CUP

OIL\GHEE - 4 TBSP

GINGER - 1 TSP(PASTE)

GARLIC - 1 TSP(PASTE)

CHILLI - 4 BIG

CURRY LEAF - 1 STEM

MINT LEAF - ½ CUP

SALT - TO TASTE

CHILLI POWDER - ¼  TSP

TURMERIC POWDER - ¼ TSP

YOGURT - 2TBSP

ONION - 2 BIG(SLICE)

CARDAMOM - 3

CLOVES - 6

CINNAMON STICK - 1INCH

CORIANDER POWDER - 2 TSP

BAY LEAF - 2 SMALL


MAZE - LITTLE

BIRYANI MASALA POWDER - 1 TBLSP


Take 1cup of rice wash it. Add two cups of water and put it a side.





Now marinate the fish by taking fish into a bowel and adding some oil. Then add salt, chilli powder, little fish masala powder. Add the half spoon of ginger and garlic paste, 1tbsp of yogurt and coriander powder or coriander leaves. Mix well and marinate for nearly ½ an hour.






Take a pan, add some oil or ghee. After heating put the cloves (4), cardamom(2), 1/2 inch cinnamon stick, bay leaves. Fry little and then add the soaked rice into fried ingredients. Add salt as per your taste. Mix well and then add 2 cups of water. Place lid and cook on a medium flame until the rice is cooked.






Now take a pan, add oil. After heating add turmeric powder, curry leaves, two cloves,one full cardamom with shell, cinnamon stick , and maze little. Then add onion slices and chillies, ginger garlic paste. After these ingredients are fried, add marinated fish and cook until the water (extracted from fish) thickens. Add  little  masala powder and cook for another min. Then remove the fish aside.








Now place the cooked rice on top of the fish and steam cook in low flame for at lest 5 min.. 
 put the lid for few more min. fish biryani is almost ready, remove the whole contents into a big bowel to mix it nicely. .  






Garnish and now it is ready to serve

CARROT CURRY

INGREDIENTS:

CARROT - 1/2 LB

MUSTARD  SEEDS - 1/2 TSP

CUMIN SEEDS - 1/2  TSP

ONION - 1/2 CHOPPED

GREEN CHILLI - 3 BIG

COCONUT - 5 SMALL PIECES GREATED

PEAS - 1/4 CUP ( SOAK PEAS OR FROZEN PEAS )

URAD DAL - 1 TSP

GARLIC - 2 SLICE

GARAMMASALA  POWDER

TURMERIC POWDER -1/4 TSP

CORIANDER LEAVE ( CHOPPED )

OIL - 3 TBLSP

Take carrots and onions and cut them into small pieces.


  
Place the pan on stove, add Oil, after heating add some turmeric powder. Now add all the ingredients (Mustard seeds, Urad dal, Cumin Seeds,Onions, and Green Chilli) one after other. Fry them little. later add the carrot pieces then boiled peas and then add little salt and mix it well.





Keep the lid for few min and steam cook. Then add Chilli Powder, Chopped Garlic, garam masala powder and grated coconut and chopped coriander and fry in medium flame. Close the lid and let it cook for some time.

    

Serve it hot with Rice or roti.
