STUFFED EGG MASALA



Have you heard about Golden Eggs story?? Forget it!!, I am going to introduce you the Golden Eggs Stuffed with Masala - bet you, can't stop after eating one egg... follow me...

INGREDIENTS:


EGGS - 4, 

COCONUT - 5 TSP(GRATED), 

OIL - 4 TBLSP, 

MUSTARD - ¼ TSP, 

GINGER - ½ INCH, 

GARLIC - 3 SLICES, 

GREEN CHILLIES - 4 BIG, 

CURRY LEAF -1 STEM, 

TAMARIND - 1 TSP PLUP, 

SALT - TO TASTE, 

CHILLI POWDER - ½ TBLSP, 

TURMERIC POWDER - ¼ TSP, 

ONION - 1 BIG, 

CARDAMOM - 2, 

CLOVES - 4, 

CINNAMON STICK - ½ INCH, 

CORIANDER SEEDS - 4TBLSP, 

CUMINSEEDS - 3 TBLSP



PREPARATION:

Masala Paste – Add Coriander seeds, Cumin seeds, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom, Garlic, and Ginger into Mixier and grind them to paste (adding little water while grinding)

Cut the onions and make onion paste separately (just add the onions into mixier and grind them to paste (do NOT add any water)



Now take the boiled eggs and make slight cuts inside. Heat the pan with little oil, add turmeric powder and eggs. Fry the eggs to golden color and remove them aside.




Now add a little more oil to the pan and add green chillies mustard seeds and curry leaves. Then add masala paste and grated coconut and let it fry for five minutes. Then add the onion paste and keep frying for some more time. While frying add salt and chilli powder and tamarind pulp and mix well.




Now take the fried masala and stuff into the eggs (cuts). Then place the stuffed eggs on the pan and place a lid to cook for five minutes on a low flame.






Garnish with tomatoes, onions, and carrot slices. Stuffed Egg Masala is ready to serve.
